Location convenient to waterfront. Found hair in the bathroom and no housekeeping during our stay. Happy hour at the Tempo was nice.

missingWrote a review on Sept 24waterfront accesslibrary resourcesluggage inconvenience
The location provides easy access to the waterfront, with plenty of coffee stops along the scenic walk. The nearby library holds valuable historical resources, perfect for research enthusiasts.
Getting luggage up the numerous stairs can be a hassle, especially without an elevator or ramp. The rooms could use a serious cleaning, with stained carpets and peeling wallpaper reducing the overall comfort. Additionally, noise from the hallways persisted late into the night, making it hard to relax.

missingWrote a review on Sept 24friendly staffconvenient parkinggreat locationsmall pool area
Had an awesome time with friends here! We explored the waterfront and checked out a local museum, thanks to the helpful tips from the front desk. It’s a great spot for hanging out, and the staff was super friendly. Just a heads-up, parking can get a bit pricey, but it’s convenient.
One downside was the small pool area. It had an adult-only time which felt a bit limiting for families. It would be better if it was more family-friendly.

Not Worth the Hype for Families
The front desk staff were friendly altho it took a while to get any assistance, they did try their best to help us with our luggage when we arrived. Also, the location was very central which made it easy for us to go around with the kids and find food.
We paid a hefty price for this and it was so not worth it.
